Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

On Sunday 27th April I will be taking part in the London Marathon for the third time. Last year was an unbelievable experience so I am very excited to be back this year, where I hope to run under 2:45. 


I will be running for an amazing charity, Parkinson’s UK, after my Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2022. My Dad is a keen runner and has been a great source of support throughout my new found love for the art of putting one foot in front of the other. 

Parkinson’s UK have helped my family through a difficult year and are striving towards finding a cure for Parkinson’s, whilst supporting all those affected by it. 

Any donation to this fantastic cause will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
