Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon  on April 12th for Parkinson’s UK and would really appreciate your support! 

Please help by sponsoring my challenge. All money raised will help fund breakthroughs and help support the Parkinson's community. Parkinson’s is a disease with no known cure—yet. 

When I run this half marathon, I’m running for my dad and  all the families affected by Parkinson’s, for the researchers working to find answers, and for the people who have not given up hope. It’s about making a statement—that we won’t stop fighting, and we won’t stop running until there’s a cure.

While I’ll be out there on race day, pushing through the miles, I know that it’s not just my effort that makes a difference. It’s the support of others that truly drives change. Whether it’s donating to a cause, sharing information, or simply offering words of encouragement, we all play a role in making progress.

Final Thoughts

Running a half marathon for Parkinson’s is more than just a physical challenge for me. It’s a way to honor those who face this disease, raise awareness for the need for research, and show solidarity with families going through a difficult time. Every mile I run will be a reminder that I’m not just running for myself—but for those who need our support most.
