Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

I'm taking part in Pedal Wye Valley for Parkinson’s UK this September and would appreciate your support! I will be cycling 57 miles across the hilly Wye Valley. I’m not going to be the next Geraint Thomas but this year I’ve really enjoyed cycling as a way of getting fitter and I’m looking forward to capping the summer off with a great ride and hopefully raise some money for a very worthy cause.
I’m doing this challenge because my Dad Jeff lived with Parkinson’s for many years and any money I raise will go to Parkinson’s UK's work in support of their UK wide physical activity and exercise programmes with the aim of helping people with Parkinson's get active and stay active.
