Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I am a proud member of Parkinson's UK, actively
participating in the Walk for Parkinson’s initiative to raise awareness and
foster support for individuals living with this condition. For the past two
years, I have been working as a Specialist Neuro Physiotherapist, with a
dedicated focus on Parkinson’s disease. My clinical expertise and background
are rooted in empowering patients to improve their mobility, balance, and
overall quality of life.
Supporting those with Parkinson’s is not just my profession - it's my passion.
I am deeply committed to enhancing their independence and well-being while
advocating for the importance of advancing research and education about this
condition. Despite remarkable progress, there is so much yet to learn, and I
believe that ongoing studies hold the key to unlocking brighter futures for
Parkinson’s patients worldwide.
Through my work and involvement, I aim to not only provide care but also
inspire hope, understanding, and action. Enlightening minds and shining a light
on Parkinson’s is a purpose I carry with pride because every step forward
counts.
