Here we go again… Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I will be cycling the London to Brighton on Sunday 13th September. I am fundraising this year for Parkinson’s UK in support of my friend Anita who was recently diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s at the age of 51. Anita is - to put it lightly - a life force, and a true inspiration of strength, courage and resilience. She is doing everything she can to improve awareness and support for people living with Parkinson’s disease, and to help raise funds for the valuable work of Parkinson’s UK. I am hoping my efforts with this cycle challenge this year will help go some way towards supporting her in her crusade. Please donate what you can, I’m sure it will help see me through the horror that is Ditchling Beacon! But, moreover, will hopefully help fund research and support for all those living with this awful disease - thank-you 🙏
