Monday 7th Sep
A huge thank you to everyone who has & is supporting Parkinson's UK.  Super happy and proud to cycle the silver route with my son, Finlay.  Motivated by thoughts that Parky sufferers keep going every day which is a lot more to manage than pedalling 50 miles through near constant rain.  Rain stops but Parkinson's doesn't.  I hope we help bring a ray of light.

"Those about to ride salute you" -to all folk living with Parkinson's and everyone who supports Parkinson's UK. Ok, so the Romans were mounted on horses rather than bikes, so I also salute Kirkpatrick Macmillan for his revolutionary invention. Looking forward  to covering the 50 miles with my son, Finlay- on much better machines than a velocipede.  Bikes loaded and ready for the off......
