Walkies for Parkinson’s

As most people know, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease on the 22nd of June 2018.
It was an incredible shock but with the support of the best family and friends it’s possible to have,  I’m still coping 8 years later. 
My main problem is my inability to walk distances. When I take my medication sometimes it doesn’t last very long and so I could be out in the middle of a long walk and all of a sudden my pills wear off unexpectedly and I have to wait 2 hours before the next dose. 
Two years ago, I did this challenge for the first time ( only 60 miles that time and I was very lucky to have some lovely friends to walk with me. In addition to Mali our  Cocker Spaniel. 
The challenge is called  
Walkies with  Parkinson’s and we will be walking 90 miles during October. 
Please be really generous and help me reach my target. 
Life can be tough when you have 
Parkinson’s.
