Walking 90 miles in October 🐾🐶
Wednesday 19th Aug Being a professional dog walker and having a parent with Parkinson’s - this felt like a no brainer! I will aim to walk 90 miles across the month with all the different doggies I walk, and raise as much as possible for Parkinson’s UK.Thank you to my sponsors

As the person who has inspired you to take on this amazing challenge of 90 miles of walking dogs in just one month, i am truly honoured and humbled that you are doing this in my name. As anyone who has PD will tell you this condition is one of the most devious and frustrating conditions that can afflict you - no two cases are the same and every individual has different needs and wants. Until a cure is found this situation can only get worse.. PD is now the fastest growing neurological condition in the world and it’s nearly 200 years since Dr John Parkinson gave his name to the condition we call Parkinson’s Disease We can wish, as Billy Connolly once said, that he had kept it to himself but he didn’t and here we are still struggling with this horrible and debilitating condition that needs funding like so many competing causes, all equally justified. So initiatives like this are great for raising awareness as well as raising funds to help care for those who have PD and to help find a cure to this elusive and evasive disease. Thank you Maddy and thank-you to everyone who has or who intends to donate to this very worthy cause
