Monday 25th Aug I have decided to run the Manchester marathon. My last one was in 2019 so am a bit older and maybe wiser ( not sure about that though!) A really good friend of mine struggles on a day to day basis and I have seen how debilitating it is. Anything I can raise will hopefully raise awareness of this very debilitating disease.
