Why I chose Parkinsons UK
This is quite a personal thing for me, both my grandads have been affected by the illness and the reality that it’s only going to worsen is hard to accept.
Recently my Grandad passed away on the 25/10/2025 and it genuinely has an impact on the whole family. It has also given me a real reason that has reminded me why I started this in the first place. He was a great intelligent man and the illness really affected this.
Any money donated would be very appreciated and the reason for every mile of training will be to raise money for combating the illness.

Week 3 update
Monday 26th Jan Ran 46k this week with 4 runs and 3 gym sessions. Very happy with the progress of how much I’ve raised this week and I’ll keep updating this and working hard Share

Tuesday 20th Jan I’ve made a lot of progress this week with the money raised and I managed to get 4 runs and 3 gym sessions in Share
First week of training

Wednesday 19th Nov Recently ran a half marathon and did Tatton Park 10km, keeping up the miles Share
