🏃‍♀️💙 I’m running the London Marathon 2027 for Parkinson’s UK!

In 2027, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life — running the London Marathon for Parkinson’s UK. 🏃‍♀️💙

For so many people, the London Marathon is a dream. I’m incredibly lucky I’ll have the opportunity to experience it, but I know so many people living with Parkinson’s don’t have the chance to take on something like this.

This run is so much more than 26.2 miles for me.

I’m doing it for my Dad and my Auntie, who both live with Parkinson’s, and in loving memory of my Nan, who sadly passed away after living with the disease.

I’m also doing it for every person living with Parkinson’s, every family affected by it, and every carer who gives their time, love, strength and support to someone they care about. Parkinson’s doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed — it can change the lives of everyone around them too. ❤️

For those who wake up every day caring for someone they love.
For those who have had to watch someone’s independence change.
For those who quietly keep going, even when it’s difficult.
This run is for you too.

Every training run, every aching muscle, every early morning and every mile will have a purpose.

To my family, my friends, my past and present, and everyone who has been part of my journey — this one is for you. ❤️
