My grandad

I am running to raise money for Parkinson's research. Parkinson's is a progressive and challenging disease that has affected my family.
My grandad was diagnosed in his 50s and has lived with Parkinson's for over 20 years. I cherish memories of him as a quiet, gentle man, an incredibly knowledgeable engineer, and a loving Dad and Grandad.
My Nana does an amazing job caring for my grandad, making sure he maintains his quality of life despite the daily challenges. I will be running to raise money and also honour their strength and resilience.
