Running for my Grandad - LLHM 2027 for Parkinson’s UK
In 2027 I will be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for Parkinson’s UK. This cause is very close to my heart, as my Grandad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease early 2025.
My Grandad is someone who has always had a comforting presence in my life, full of stories to make everyone laugh and watching him face his diagnosis with courage has really motivated me to face a challenge which can support him and others like him.
Any donation, big or small, would mean so much to me. If you are unable to donate, then cheering me on as I run 13.1 miles would be just as appreciated as I may regret signing up after mile 2😂
