Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Hat and Home Spinnaker Tower Abseil for Parkinson’s UK and would really appreciate your support!
A few years ago you might well remember that my lovely Daddy was sadly diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
I jumped out of a plane in 2023 and completed a 15K Sky Dive (never, ever again!!!) and of course a group of our amazing TV/AV Samsung team, took on Henley’s Tough Mudder last year and raised some amazing funds for Parkinson’s UK.
My dad sadly continues to decline. He has now sadly lost his sense of smell and moves slower and slower as the time goes on.
One of my good friends Ben was diagnosed in his 30’s and has just completed some brain surgery to try to help his tremors, stiffness and slowness.
I want to continue to raise funds for Parkinson’s UK to help drive awareness and hopefully, eventually a cure to this awful condition.
This year I will join an amazing group of people (including Ben) to Abseil the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth on the 12th July 2026.
