Running the Cambridge Half to support Parkinsons
Following both my lovely grandfather's diagnosis and my decision to run the half, I decided to support Parkinson's UK, a charity which is helping him manage his condition.
My grandfather (or Papa as we call him in the family) has had an amazing life full of travel and family. He sings in his local choir and has an immense love for classical music, something which I grew very accustomed to hearing every time I got into his car.
Supporting Parkinson's UK isn't just supporting a charity, it's supporting him and my family too, and all of the other people affected by the condition. Thank you for your donations!
