Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 8 September 2024 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK.
I'm running the Great North Run in support of my dad Trev, who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. By supporting the charity, I hope to raise more of an understanding around Parkinson's and raise vital funds to increase the research and potential support offered to those diagnosed.
Please help by sponsoring me whatever you can. All the money raised will go to Parkinson’s UK nurses, to provide much-needed advice, support and information for people who are living with the condition.
