I am running the Palma Marathon on October 18th for Parkinson's UK because in December my coach from my football team and my dad's best mate recently lost their battle to this cruel disease.
Whilst this was sad and brought up good memories of both of them I decided to be a good friend and go for a run and honour both of them.
