Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the TCS 2025 London Marathon for Parkinson’s UK and would really appreciate your support!
I’m raising money for Parkinson’s UK in memory of two incredible people: my dad and his best friend Barry, who we heartbreakingly lost in 2023 after their brave battles with Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s is a devastating, degenerative illness that slowly takes away the things we often take for granted — movement, speech, independence, and ultimately took my Dad and Barry away too soon. Watching it affect them was the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced.
I am running to help others still fighting, and to honour their memory by supporting Parkinson’s UK, a charity working tirelessly to fund research, offer support, and bring hope to thousands of families.
Any donation you can make would mean the world — not just to me, but to everyone who dreams of a future free from Parkinson’s. Thank you so much.
Thank you to my sponsors
