This will be last time I run the marathon from running it nearly 15 years ago
I want to do it for my Mum who passed away 6 years ago from Parkinson’s and now sadly my Dad has it as well. I see the suffering they been through from being very active in life to not being able to go anywhere.
Please give what you can as I know times are hard for us all but we do have our health
I want to run under 4 hours which is a reasonable goal to manage but just to finish it without stopping is the main aim as I will only suffer for 4 hours while my parents have suffered a lot more from their condition
