Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
This year, my brother and I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon to raise money for Parkinson’s UK, a cause that means so much to our family and many others.
We are running for our Dad, who is living with Parkinson’s. While Parkinson's brings him challenges and limitations, he continues to face each day with energy, determination and positivity. We're all so inspired by his strength whilst he lives with this disease.
Parkinson’s is a cruel and incurable illness that affects him both physically and mentally. It’s incredibly tough to watch him, and so many others, face these challenges every day.
That’s why we want to do something that gives hope. By supporting us, you’ll be helping to fund vital research and provide support for people living with Parkinson’s. Every penny makes a huge difference, bringing us closer to better treatments, and one day, a cure.
If you’re able to sponsor us, we’d be so grateful.
Thank you so much for your support!
