The 2nd 10k

Monday 26th Aug Completed my 2nd 10K yesterday (actually making a bit of effort this year!) and surprisingly it’s paying off (who’d of thought!) ran Regent’s Park London 10 k in 1 hour 20 which was 9 minutes quicker than the last one 😍 Share

Where it all began!

Sunday 11th Aug A year ago I began my “training “ in Norfolk for the London marathon 2024 🥰 Training again today a year later in Norfolk for London 2025! Anniversary training run completed! Share

London Marathon 2025

Thursday 11th Jul I was incredibly lucky to complete the 2024 London Marathon - and have been lucky (I think 😳) to have a space for 2025!! Training has commenced..:.. updates to follow! Share
