Monday 28th Jul Well - it's nearly August and I have only had one ride since February. This has not been because of laziness. Back then I broke my neck and both hands which has prohibited my getting back on the bike. Now it is time to get going even if it is not comfortable - though I have reduced my distance back to 50 miles.Thank you to my sponsors
