Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

Inclines Pt 2
Monday 1st Sep Didn't realize oats had finished. Bowl of Cornmeal Porrage instead. Delicious! substitution. Half a banana also. Did same route as previous post (Inclines). To make it interesting did part of the route twice. 11-2 to me ☺️. 12.35 miles in total. Share
Long Distance.
Tuesday 26th Aug Nice bowl of porridge this morning before setting out. Decided to go for distance and challenge myself. Mix of sun,rain,wind and cold. 25 miles in total. Share
Inclines
Wednesday 20th AugJust done 10 miles on new bike. More focused on inclines than time. 8 various hills. Some very steep. Conquered all . Training for Pedal Wye Valley is going well so far. 😊

Sunday Country Lanes and Apples.
Tuesday 19th Aug Went riding in 26 degree Sunshine. Loved! It. First riding session preparing for Parkinsons charity ride. Lovely lady gave me free apples from her garden which I put in my cycle Jersey pockets and tasted delicious! When I got home. 16 miles in total. ShareThank you to my sponsors
