Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

I’m running the marathon in memory of my beloved grandmother, Joyce Randall, who sadly passed away in 2023 after living with Parkinson’s for a number of years.
My Grandma was a huge inspiration to our family. She taught me the importance of staying strong, never giving up, and facing adversity with courage. With her in mind, I’ve decided to take on this challenge that will push me both physically and mentally.
Other members of my family have previously raised money to support Parkinson’s, and now it’s my turn to do my part in Grandma’s memory.
Any donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much to me and my family, and would help support an incredibly important cause.
