Running for Helen – Running for Change
This year, I’m lacing up my running shoes and taking on the Hackney Half Marathon for Parkinson’s UK—a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. I’m doing this in honour of my dear friend Helen Finnis, who lives with Parkinson’s.
