Thanks for stopping in to support me

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I'm taking part in the 57 mile with 1417m of elevation as I cycle in the Pedal Wye Valley for Parkinson’s UK on 20 September 2026. I would appreciate your support by sharing this and potentially even sponsoring me a pound can make a massive difference.
Please help by sponsoring my cycling challenge. All the money raised will go towards ground-breaking research and life-changing support for the Parkinson's community.

Training & Nutrition
Tuesday 14th Jul For those who haven't spent time with me of recent years this is something way out of the blue. For those on my journey over the past few years as I return to sport and fitness this is the challenge my mentality needs to keep me motivated. Having only taking up Cycling in January as a means to add cardio to my gym sessions, I have become addicted to improvement. Now I'm challenging the very fabric of my ability, fitness and the equipment I have. I have to be very thankful to the Loucoll HE Sport staff whose advice on nutrition and fueling has been invaluable. That leap from over 20 miles to knocking on 40miles in one go has been easier than expected, but not one I'm assuming or finding so easy to go from 40 to 60. Hard work and spirit will take me the rest of this journey, but what scares me most are the climbs on this route, one that I am struggling to replicate in my local area. There is no question that I will fail at points and want to quit, but there is no way I will give in and not complete this event. See you in September Wye valley! ShareThank you to my sponsors
