Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Hi guys,
On Sunday April 12th I’m running my first ever half marathon to raise money for Parkinson’s UK. It’s a charity close to my heart, as my grandma/bonne maman got diagnosed with Parkinson’s a few years ago.
Parkinson’s UK are a leading charity that supports, empowers and funds research for anyone affected by it in the UK. They campaign for better health services and invest millions in research to find a cure whilst working to improve life for patients fighting the neurodegenerative disease and caregivers.
Anything anyone can give whether it’s a fiver or more would be greatly appreciated. Training has begun for it and I’m buzzing!
