I’m excited to share that I’ll be participating in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025, running for Parkinson’s UK in loving memory of Robert Hancock. This cause means a lot to the family and I am determined to raise as much money as possible to honour his memory and support those affected by Parkinson's.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a big difference in funding breakthroughs and providing crucial support to the Parkinson's community.

Taking on the challenge!🏃🏻‍♀️

Sunday 11th Aug
I decided to participate in this half-marathon not only to show support and raise money for a great cause and in memory of Bob but also to challenge myself by doing something that I was told I wouldn’t be able to do. 

In February 2023, I had a ski accident that left me with a broken tibia, a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus. I was told I wouldn't be able to walk unaided for nine months and wouldn't be able to run for over a year. After three months of intense rehab therapy, I started running again. Although running has been a struggle ever since, I am determined to complete this half-marathon as a personal challenge—running with three pins in my knee just over two years after surgery.

Training has already began with recently hitting my first 5km since my accident! Stay tuned for more updates on my journey.
