Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

I will be raising money in loving memory of Geoff Payne, who tragically passed away in 2022. 

Parkinson's UK funds research into new treatments and a cure while providing expert support and information services to those affected by the condition. They also campaign for improved healthcare and work to raise awareness to enhance the lives of individuals throughout the UK.

Geoff’s family have set up the Geoff Payne Charitable Trust, the intention of the trust is to work closely with Parkinson’s UK, whereby Parkinson’s UK ring fence money to put towards certain projects. In April this year, I will be running the London Landmark Half Marathon to raise money for such an incredible cause and one close to my heart. Any and all donations are massively appreciated.
