Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Manchester Half Marathon 2027 to raise funds for Parkinson's UK - my father-in-law, Stuart, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2024. He inspired me a couple of years ago to get into running and I’d love the opportunity to give something back to this charity by dedicating this run to him. In spite of his diagnosis, he still continues to attend his local park run every week and recently completed his 250th park run! Here’s to Stuart.
