Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 8 September 2024 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK.
Please help by sponsoring me whatever you can. All the money raised will go to Parkinson’s UK nurses, to provide much-needed advice, support and information for people who are living with the condition.
I am fundraising for Parkinson’s as I see first hand from my clients at the gym what a horrible disease it is. Hopefully the money will enable more research to be done, and in particular into the benefits of exercise for those with Parkinson’s.

Saturday 27th Jul Did ok at last weeks 10K race, it was very muggy and I had done park run the day before so legs slightly tired.
