Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

Parkinson’s has had a significant impact on the Dyke family. September will mark 10 years since Paul Dyke died, my Grandad. Paul was an incredible man who dedicated his whole life to building houses for Bromham and the surrounding communities. Grandad did everything he possible could for us as a family and we miss him everyday.
A few years ago Parkinson’s arrived back in our lives. This time with my nan Sonia. It looked very different this time but still has had life changing effects. My nan is an amazing Lady and I am so proud of her and grateful for everything she has shown me in the dance industry.
At this present time there is no cure for Parkinson’s. One day I am hoping there will be. By fundraising for Parkinson’s we are giving hope.
I am also terrified.
