A massive thank you for your incredible support! 

Pedal Wye Valley was easily the toughest challenge I've ever faced, cycling 131km through the stunning (and brutally hilly) Welsh countryside in just under 7.5 hours. That's a long time in the saddle...

What made the event even more incredible though, was riding alongside some amazing people living with Parkinosn's - their determination and spirit were beyond inspiring. 

 A huge thank you to those who made generous donations and sent messages of support, it's hugely appreciated. For those of you who didn't quite get around to it, there is still time for you to do so. Link below.
