Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Parkinson’s UK and would really appreciate your support!
As many of you will know I lost my beautiful Mum and Grandad to this dreadful disease. Both fought so positively, and it remains my mission to help find a cure- I’m sure we will will and will never lose hope, just like them.
I am an enthusiastic but terrible runner and I know my mum will be giggling (and extremely proud) at the thought of a half marathon….and in the 5th anniversary year of her passing I (and my wonderful husband Mark) will make it happen!
