Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
This year I will be running the Great North Run for my wonderful Grandad🤍
In 2022 my grandad was diagnosed with a debilitating disease known as Parkinson’s. This took so much of his movement from him but it never took his smile and his laughs.
My Grandad is the light of my family and of my life and for so many years he has helped me and now I want to help him.
I would like to raise money to help find a way to prevent, stop and hopefully one day cure Parkinson’s. We are beyond grateful for the help my Grandad has gotten so far and with the funds raised I want to help families like my own access the same help🤍
