Thinking of all those whose daily lives are such a challenge with PD.
Dressing, sleeping, all the daily tasks we all take for granted.

Day 6

Bit later run today.
Nordic walk earlier and so limbs are tired!!
Feels good to be doing something positive. As the saying goes every little bit helps towards finding the cause and cure for PD

5th March

Wednesday 5th Mar
Unbelievably still sunny this morning.
Very slow with my run and as I did my circuits of the school field I was thinking about Parkinson’s and how slow a person becomes and how difficult movement becomes

Saturday 1st Mar

Frosty start

Saturday 1st Mar
Completed my first mile and feeling more positive about running again for such a worthy cause. Living with my darling husband with Parkinson’s has taught me a lot about this disease and the day to day struggles for all who have it.
