Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Manchester Half Marathon 2026 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK. My father has been suffering from Parkinson's for more than 10 years and I have witnessed the toll this illness has taken on him. His steady decline is terrifying and I wish nothing more than for him to live many more years to see his grandsons grow up. With the help of charities such as Parkinson's UK, I hope that we can offer many patients around the world the help they need and deserve!
