Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 13 September 2026 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK.
I want to take part in this event for Papa who was unwell with Parkinson’s for a number of years. This events holds has a special place in my heart as papa (and gran) are from south Tyneside. I want to raise money to help and support those who are impacted by this disease and it’s side effects, as well as their families who may need support.
Please help by sponsoring me whatever you can. All the money raised will go to Parkinson’s UK nurses, to provide much-needed advice, support and information for people who are living with the condition.
