Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

Parkinson’s UK has provided so much support to Jess’s pap (Peter’s) and family since his diagnosis. any money donated will help Parkinson’s UK to continue to support the Parkinson's community and fun breakthroughs.
Peter’s story:
“2 years ago my life changed and will continue to change, hopefully slowly. Being diagnosed with Parkinson's was not what I expected to be told that cold January day.
Though I did suspect it.
In the waiting room at the hospital there was a poster listing the symptoms of Parkinson's I said to my wife I could relate to all of them....That was the day I was diagnosed.
Although I am scared for what lies ahead I have the best family around me to support me and I will take a day at a time . Every day life thankfully is fairly stable though a bit slower but I will stay as active for as long as possible.”
