I’m taking part in Walkies for Parkinson's to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it.

Thousands of us are uniting to help people with Parkinson’s, and those who love and care for them, get access to the support they need.

Sidney and I have proudly completed our 60 mile challenge for October, come rain or shine 😄 Thank you so much for your support, from asking us how we are doing with our goal, to your kind and generous donations. We could not be more thankful to have all you amazing people in our lives who want to support us in this amazing cause! Time to put our paws up! 🐾 🐾 …Until it’s time for our next adventure! 💖

We had such a great walk around beautiful Ickworth Park yesterday, along with a much needed catch up with our good friends Lore and Raffi. These two boys are thick as thieves! 🩵

Completed a lovely circular walk at Belchamp St Paul this afternoon! Loving the stunning autumn colour we are enjoying so far this month 😍🍂🍁 We are so grateful for all your wonderful support and donations, we cannot believe we have more than doubled our original goal. Thank you so much 💖

Monday 29th Sep
I'm thrilled to embark on a charity dog walk adventure with my trusty sidekick, Sidney the greyhound (and Devin!), to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson's UK throughout October. This month-long challenge will see us stroll 60 miles together, and I'm excited to share our journey! 🌳🐾

This cause is close to my heart, as I've seen the impact of Parkinson's disease on family members and also in my work as a dietitian. I want to do my part to help find a cure and support those affected.

The Lake District is the perfect place to kick off our adventure, with its stunning landscapes and scenic trails. We'll be getting the first few miles under our belts while staying here in the Langdales. ⛰️🏞️🌿

Every mile we walk, every pound raised, and every message of awareness shared will bring us closer to a world where Parkinson's is a thing of the past. 🩵💙

Parkinson's UK is a fantastic charity that provides vital support, research, and advocacy for people living with Parkinson's. By fundraising for this amazing organization, I'll be helping to:

- Support research into new treatments and therapies
