Monday 24th Aug Hi all. Although I’ve been running for a few years I’ve never done any sort of sponsored run before, so with 50 round the corner I thought I’d take the plunge. I’m running for Parkinson’s UK because I see the support they give to my amazing mother in law who is living with the disease.
