What’s my why?

I hate running but I know some people can’t, so this and the following is my why.
I’ve seen my good friend and colleague of 27 years spend the last few years struggling daily with Parkinson’s disease. Because of his outlook we have all been able to make light of his situation but deep down we all know how hard life can be for him
I hope that there can be more help for sufferers in the future so please donate if you can.
