Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the TCS 2026 London Marathon for Parkinson’s UK (WHAT?!) and would really appreciate your support!
On January the 2nd 2026, it marks 20 years since I lost my Granddad, who suffered with Parkinsons for 15-years. Throughout my teenage years, I was an avid fundraiser for Parkinson's UK. I competed in different sporting events and organised a raffle. To honour my Granddad on his 20th year, I have decided to do something bigger! And what is bigger than the London Marathon?!
This will be the biggest challenge I have ever had to face and I would appreciate the support and donations throughout my journey. I am ready for the long runs, winter training, runs in the dark and lots of physio for my current knee injury.
