Why am I fundraising for Parkinson’s uk?
Hi! Just your average 40 odd year old dad to two girls. Why the bloody hell is he running a marathon? You might think, but around 8 years ago my mum (mar) was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. This was very devastating for such an incredible woman like my mar, who will always put anybody before herself and will always focus on her family. This has taken a hard hit on our family with my mar having the occasional fall which could result in some injuries making her incapable of achieving her everyday tasks. If I was able to reach the finish line of this marathon, it would not only change my life, but also my mars. If you are able to spare the odd penny or pound, this would help massively in me achieving this goal, many thanks to anybody willing to donate.
