Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
As many of you know, I’m taking on this challenge again this year as my dad continues to battle Parkinson’s. Seeing how emotional and proud he was when I crossed the finish line last year is something I’ll never forget — it meant more to me than I can put into words.
I’ll be honest… I hated pretty much every second of the run! But that feeling at the finish line, and seeing what it meant to him, made every step completely worth it. That moment is exactly why I’m putting myself through it all over again this year.
Parkinson’s affects not just the person diagnosed, but the whole family. That’s why raising money for Parkinson’s UK is so important to me. The support, research and care they provide makes a real difference to so many people living with this condition.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, I would be incredibly grateful. Every contribution really does help and means a lot to both me and my family.
Thank you so much for your support 🙌🏽💙
