I'm taking on the 100-mile Pedal Trossachs Cycle Challenge on the 31st August to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson’s disease, a cause that’s deeply personal to me. My father has Parkinson’s, and every mile I ride is for him and the thousands of others living with this challenging condition. It’s a tough journey, but nothing compared to what he and so many others face daily.
