Fundraising in Memory of My Grampa
On 13th September 2026, I’ll be running the Great North Run in support of Parkinson’s UK.
I’m fundraising in memory of my grampa, who sadly passed away last July. Watching someone you love live with this condition is incredibly hard, and it showed me just how devastating Parkinson’s can be — not only for those diagnosed, but for their families too.
This run is my way of honouring my grampa and raising money for a cause that means so much to me. Parkinson’s UK provides vital support to people living with Parkinson’s and funds essential research to improve treatments and find a cure.
