Wait, what about Hackney?

Tuesday 28th Apr
Unfortunately I had to withdraw from the Hackney Half this year due to injury with my back and hip. I was so far behind in my training plan and any effort to catch up was causing more issues.

I am very disappointed as i was looking forward to taking part, but my focus now is to diversify my training and get over these strubborn injuries before smashing it in October
