Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 8th September 2024 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK & in loving memory of my Nana, Eileen Bentley. 💗
I’ve seen first hand how cruel Parkinson’s disease is & how dramatically it affects lives. My nana bravely fought this disease. A woman whose remarkable inner strength & stubbornness could not be matched. The power & willingness never to give up, influenced each of us. We never heard her complain despite the struggles she faced and endured everyday.Â
