Walking for my son

Sunday 10th May
31 miles - first week over so well pleased. Hope to get some more donations coming in. We need as much as we can get for this important charity to go towards finding a cure for this horrible disease. My son Garry does everything he can to be able to make his life easier - has joined an over 50’s gym and it has given him a new lease of life.  Exercise is definitely the best thing for easier movement.  He struggles but his outlook on life is amazing.    So keep marching only 70 miles to go!!!

My 100 miles walk for Parkinson’s

Sunday 19th Apr
Well I have completed 6 miles today to begin the first day of my 100 miles Challenge til the end of May and hopefully raising money from donations for this very important cause. We need to find a cure right now for Parkinson’s - so any donations will be greatly used.
My amazing son Garry has had Parkinson’s for 16 years and has been a stay at home dad looking after his boys while his wife Jenny working full time.   He has a positive attitude and deals with all his Parkinson’s challenges, not always easy, but copes exceptionally well.  He loves his music and is a radio dj   - also is a member of a gym and believes exercise is the best thing to keep him moving. We are very proud of him.

Thankyou if you donate.
